Digitalverse is an Australian business based in Western Sydney that helps growing small businesses establish an AI strategy and implement secure managed intelligence. This notice covers personal information collected through digitalverse.com.au, the connected readiness simulator, email, WhatsApp, and other direct enquiry channels.
What we collect
We collect personal information when you:
- Use the readiness simulator — business details, contact details, your answers, readiness score, and any details you share about your business or enquiry.
- Email us directly — your email address and anything contained in your message.
- Message us on WhatsApp — your phone number, WhatsApp profile details, and anything contained in your message.
We use Google tag for advertising measurement, conversion tracking, and basic site performance insight. Google may process device, browser, and interaction information in line with Google's own policies. If we introduce additional third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies, this notice will be updated.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your readiness check, message, or enquiry
- To understand where AI strategy and managed intelligence may be relevant for your business
- To keep in touch about your account, service, or relevant product updates

We do not sell personal information.
Where it's stored
- Readiness simulator submissions — stored in our customer management systems via Vercel infrastructure and downstream tooling under our direct control.
- Email — held in our standard business email systems.
- WhatsApp messages — processed through WhatsApp and held in our business messaging records.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Make a privacy complaint
