- Use the live demo at live-demo.digitalverse.com.au — your conversation inputs, which may include personal details if you choose to enter them.
- Email us directly — your email address and anything contained in your message.
We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this marketing site. If that changes, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism added.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your booking, demo request, or enquiry
- To configure and demonstrate Agentforge for your business
- To keep in touch about your account, service, or relevant product updates
- To meet our legal and operational obligations
We do not sell personal information.
Where it's stored
- Booking form submissions — stored in our customer management systems via Vercel infrastructure and downstream tooling under our direct control.
- Live demo conversation data — processed via the demo platform; not retained beyond the session unless you book or contact us.
- Email — held in our standard business email systems.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Your rights
You can:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Make a privacy complaint
